Main Street Fine Homes is dedicated to ensuring the properties we renovate meet our very high standards. We do what we have to do, so this fire-damaged home was renovated — twice!

Despite the efforts of a specialized fire restoration company and the initial renovation, the house still smelled of the fire. That’s not how Main Street Fine Homes operates, so President Paul Szkotak stripped the house down to the studs and redid the entire renovation. Main Street even took out the handrail on the staircase and had it stripped and re-dipped. “This house was completely redone again,” says Szkotak.

Having to renovate the house twice, however, did not stop Main Street from providing its signature high-end features. The buyer, for example, loved the 3/4-inch Brazilian cherry floor in the foyer!
